What if I call Rent Back but then change my mind?
That's fine, our quotes are obligation free.

Will it cost me to opt for a Rent Back option?
There are no hidden costs, no valuation fees and Rent Back Ltd will arrange the solicitor and pay for all the associated fees involved with selling your house and renting it as a tenant. All you pay is the agreed monthly rent.

But will the rent be extortionately high?
No. The rent will be agreed with you in advance, and fixed at the market rate at the time.

So what amount of money will I exactly receive?
The price we quote is the price you will receive after your outstanding mortgage or home loan has been paid.

Will it be a fair offer?
The offer will be at Trade price - usually around 20% less than the market price of your property. But you pay no legal fees or estate agent fees, the sale is immediate and there are no unwanted costly bills at the end of the house sale.

I really don't want the hassle of dealing with mortgage lenders and solicitors.
That's OK. We do it for you. All you need to do is to agree to proceed by signing the necessary paperwork.

I'm in arrears on my mortgage. How long will it be before my lender starts to take action?
Each lender has its own policy concerning mortgage arrears but generally anything from two to six months non-payment can result in the possibility of losing your home. If your financial situation is unlikely to resolve itself contact Rent Back Ltd without delay so that you can explore the options before it's too late.

What if I've already had a repossession order?
You can still save your home. Contact Rent Back Ltd now, we will act swiftly, deal with the lender and stop house repossession in its tracks.

I'm due a pay rise at work, and am hoping to be able to afford to buy my house back, can I?
Yes. At Rent Back we offer a 'buy back' option. We agree a date in the future and fix a price with you at the time of sale based on the market value of the property. If you change your mind when that date arrives, you are under no obligation to proceed and can continue renting without incurring any penalties.

Will I have a proper tenancy agreement?
Rent Back Ltd will ask you to sign a legal agreement which confirms the terms of the tenancy and gives you certain important legal rights as a tenant.
